Aussie boy's thoughts

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is an entirely heavy, devastating and unforgettable holocaust drama highlighting an innocent friendship to end in a wounding tragedy. Whilst it’s been stated pretty much everywhere, the film strongly connects you with the whole story but leaves you attached with unsettlement to the tragic ending.

The performances and plot of the film will immediately grab you and drag you further into the story. The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is then a pretty fast-moving and entertaining tale, as it keeps the audience’s interest with well-portrayed emotions, conversations and friendship, too. But the film all of a sudden ends in a tragedy, leaving each and every person emotionally terrorised. It seriously takes a high-class masterpiece to do that to you.

Basically it’s effortless to say that the film is a stunning idea. Based on the 2006 novel, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is a historical drama worth watching for teens and up. It’s a wholly realistic tale and due to the finishing, you probably won’t want to watch it again for a while.
